Vehicle is over 6 model years and 60,000 miles and "Waiver of Implied Warranty" is required.

Fitzgerald Auto Malls will provide a 30% discount on the needed repairs up to 60 days after purchase (if you choose to have us do the work).

Fitzgerald Auto Malls must apply for the title which will indicate "sold for dismantling or rebuilding" and state "NI" (needs inspection).

Bill of Sale will indicate "Sold for Dismantling or Rebuilding".

Vehicle will be rendered inoperable at time of sale.

Vehicle must be towed to purchaser's location of choice at purchaser's expense. If you choose, we have arranged with our towing vendors to offer you a discounted fee.

When a vehicle is titled and repaired, the owner may obtain an "inspection tag" from the Maryland MVA to transport for Maryland Inspection completion. You can return the vehicle to the selling location up to 30 days to complete the Maryland Inspection process at no additional Maryland Inspection charge. Afterwards, the $65 Maryland Inspection fee applies.
