Will Fitzgerald Auto Mall remain open for business?
Yes. Fitzgerald is
open for business and is financially healthy. We are still selling and
servicing Chrysler and many other brands.
Chrysler LLC’s bankruptcy is independent of Fitzgerald.
Can I still service my Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep at Fitzgerald
dealerships?
Absolutely. No matter
what happens to Chrysler LLC, Fitzgerald can provide service for your vehicle,
and we will offer genuine Chrysler (MOPAR) parts.
What will happen to my buyer protection plan and loaner car benefits?
Fitzgerald will continue to provide the benefits of the
Fitzgerald Buyer Protection Plan and Loaner Car to all of our customers who are
part of that program. To be clear,
benefits are only available when you service your vehicle with Fitzgerald Auto
Mall.
Can Fitzgerald perform warranty work on my Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep?
As of today, Fitzgerald can perform warranty work on your
vehicle using the same factory trained staff that are willing and able to
maintain your Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product.
This may be subject to change.
Will Fitzgerald continue to stand behind their parts and service with a
warranty?
Of course. Fitzgerald
has always had a warranty on parts and service repairs of 90 Days or 4,000
miles, and the parts themselves carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months
unlimited mileage, unless specific parts that might have additional coverage.
Can I still order Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep parts from Fitzgerald?
Yes. At this time Fitzgerald
continues to offer Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep (MOPAR) brand parts at each of our
locations that offer those brands.
I have a Chrysler service contract, can I bring my vehicle to
Fitzgerald?
Yes. Chrysler service
contracts, sometimes called extended warranties, are accepted at Fitzgerald. In addition, Fitzgerald accepts service
contracts from several other carriers.
